Working on becoming in network with insurance providers. Can do out of network agreements with insurance companies.
The insurance company determines the rates and establishes a contract with me. I bill the insurance company after I see you. If the session did not happen, I do not bill the insurance company.
First, we will discuss your insurance to make sure I am in network with them. If not, then we will see if your plan allows for out-of-network providers. If so, I will start the process with your insurance to set up out of network/nonpar agreement.
Yes, I accept private contracts with vendors other than insurance companies
My fee is $125.00 per session.
I am able to provide a sliding scale for few slots on my caseload. I will work with you on the rate that is affordable to you.
I accept cash, credit card, debit card, and HSA/FSA cards. I collect card payments through a HIPAA compliant APP for therapist that is called "Ivypay". The app will text you a link to your cell phone number and have you enter your card information. This APP will save your card on file, so there is no need to present it at the time of session.
For copays, I collect copays immediately after session unless we have an agreed payment plan.
Under Section 2799B0-6 of Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who don't have insurance of plan or coverage or a Federal healthcare program, or not planning to use their insurance to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
